Well since I have nothing else to blog about and I am sort of proud of how this turned out, here is a costume I made for Bruiser.
I dyed the sweats but made the rest. I had no pattern or guide, just a picture in my head of how I wanted it to turn out. Honesty, I really like it.
Can anyone guess what he is?

We love comments! We are happy to answer questions, join in debate and conversation, or just say hi. All we ask is for respect. Respect us and others. Keep it civil. Obviously we aren't afraid of cussing but we don't like anyone degraded or invalidated.
We also know we make mistakes. Feel free to call us out. You can't improve things that need it if you aren't aware of it.
If you have an opinion share it but know if it is going to cause hurt to someone we care about we will not approve it.
Most of all have fun!!

Looks pretty darn good to me! I like that you (nick?) named your kid Bruiser. Think I am going to call one of my children Blanket.
ReplyDeleteBlanket, ha ha ha, that makes me giggle. Yeah we call him Bruiser because he is a mass of scars. He plays hard. And I don't like using the boys' real names online.
ReplyDeleteIs he a platypus? If not, it sure the heck looks like one! Do kids dress up as platypuses for Halloween?
ReplyDeleteDitchthegrid, you are right! He is Perry the Platypus to be exact. Unless you watch the disney channel as much as I do, that means nothing to you. Most people think its a duck costume.
ReplyDeleteYay! I got it right! I don't own a TV, nor do I have kids - so you must have done good for me to guess it right off the bat! He's too cute. The costume is great.
