We have wanted to get into better shape for quite some time. So yesterday we heard an ad on the radio for a very lightly used treadmill. We took a drive to see it, felt it was a good deal and the rest is history. I knew I wasn't in great shape, but HOLY COW, I didn't think I was as out of shape as I am. After almost a half hour on this fantastic machine, I hurt all over. The dog was not as impressed.Friday, April 10, 2009
